Robert Morgan Educational Center & Technical College (RMECTC) is a public technical college in south Miami-Dade County, part of the Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) technical college network. The Welding Technology program is 1,050 hours covering oxyacetylene welding (OAW), GMAW, fusion and non-fusion welding, and shielded metal arc welding. The HVAC Technician program develops competencies in heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration system operations.
