East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT) is a public career and technical education school district serving the eastern portion of the Phoenix metro area in Maricopa and Pinal counties. EVIT operates two campuses (Dr. A. Keith Crandell Main Campus on West Main Street and the Power Campus on South Power Road). EVIT offers 50+ career programs including Welding, HVAC, Aviation Maintenance, Culinary Arts, Cosmetology, Paramedic/EMT, and paid apprenticeships. Tuition is FREE for high school students; tuition-based with financial aid for adults.
