St Francis Medical Center-School of Radiologic Technology

St. Francis Medical Center and Capital Health have signed an agreement for Capital Health to acquire St. Francis Medical Center, which includes its School of Nursing, School of Radiologic Technology and Internal Medicine Residency Program.
The transaction is subject to approval by regulators and accrediting bodies. Upon approval and finalizing the transaction, the School of Nursing, School of Radiologic Technology and Internal Medicine Residency Program will be renamed as part of Capital Health and remain within the City of Trenton.
