Northern Technical College

Northern Technical College in Pine Bluff was formerly Eaton Barber Stylist College which was founded in 1954 by Bill Heinger and owned by Micheal Creekmore before changing to the new owner. Northern Technical College located in Hot Springs was formerly ABC Barber College which was founded by the late great Charles Kirkpatrick. The institution changed owners in 2011 and the name changed in 2012. The institution is currently owned by Travena Jefferson Kilow.

​The mission of Northern Technical College is to excel in providing education and technical information to future professionals to help them advance in the mind frame of creating a better tomorrow. This institution seeks to provide excellent core knowledge and technical skills which will be the foundation of helping an individual advance in their career choice.
