Heard great things about this school! Will definitely sign up me and all 8 of my sisters as soon as we move.!  I attended School of Creative Nails in April 2022. Everything went very smooth from start to finish. Ms.Kierra was my instructor and she was amazing! She always made sure we understood what we were doing and why. The staff was also very accommodating when I had covid since I wasn’t able to come in person and finish my last week of school. Thank you guys for everything!  This was the best fit for my teaching schedule.  I was able to do the theory work online by doing zoom on Tuesdays and assessments on Wednesdays and Thursdays.  On Saturdays, it was perfect for me to go into class to practice and learn new things about nails.  I may have had some ups and downs, but this school worked the best for me. I do recommend the Shawntay’s School of Creative nails! They teach you so much and they explain it in a simple manner. I also love that they are very flexible and understanding when situations occur! I would totally do it again. Ms. Kierra is awesome  as well! They are very professional and make the atmosphere fun and encouraging at the same time. Overall the school was a great experience. Shawntay is very thorough and doesn't mind answering any questions and or concerns. I enjoyed learning the art of nails and all things about nail technology from this school. I love doing nails, being creative, and helping people feel more confident. This is my passion and I want to do what I love. I recently started my own nail business called maenailedit. If I was able to really learn the techniques and get licensed, it would help me and my business a lot. My biggest struggle with trying to get licensed would be either lack of support or the cost of nail school itself. A lot of people in my family don’t see the potential that I do when it comes to getting into this industry. Also, nail school can get expensive. Things pile up and I have setbacks. I can either see them as reasons to quit or use them to motivate me. If I was able to get into nail school, I would be 100% dedicated, soak up all of the information I could, and get licensed. I would feel the most proud of myself that I could ever feel. I set my mind to something and got it done no matter how hard it was. It would also prove to my family that I believe in myself even if they don’t. I know I should win the scholarship because people deserve a chance to follow their passion. I’m creative, good with people, a fast learner, determined, and patient. I know that I could excel at this if given the chance.        She’s a scam artist who terminates students for petty things after they waste thousands of dollars to go. She is not legit and is not credible or reliable. Don’t waste your time here   awful    Bad business do not attend! Pretty bad not recomendable  such a scam don’t waste your money here !     don’t go here, she doesn’t even teach you correct and give you off-brand cheap items that break easily and scams.     If I could give this place zero stars I would! The teacher is really disrespectful,she does not work with students. Just don’t waste your money.                         Wish I could give a 0 just don’t do it.                       I registered for the Winter classes the registration fee is 150 dollars , first they didn’t send me any email about the status of the application and when I checked with them they told me that the class is already filled . I am really unhappy because if you are gonna charge that much money only for registration you should communicate better. And keep people updated about each step of your registration.
Not recommending please do yourself a favor and save your money. Hands down the best nail technology class, Ms.Shawntay is super knowledgeable and is always willing to lend a helping hand, even after you graduate. The experience is unforgettable and definitely worth mentioning.
