Lawrence Memorial Hospital School of Nursing

For over 90 years the Lawrence Memorial Hospital (LMH) School of Nursing provided hospital-based diploma nursing education. More than 1,800 LMH graduates have joined the profession as registered nurses. These well-educated individuals typify the ideals of LMH graduates – caring, compassionate, committed and competent. These nurses, working in varied settings nationwide, continue to contribute their knowledge and skills to patients, colleagues and their profession.
This associate of science with a major in nursing program provides expert faculty and a diverse and flexible curriculum which maximizes clinical learning experience. Clinical sites include major Boston teaching hospitals, suburban hospitals and a variety of community sites. Graduates qualify to take the national examination for licensure as registered nurses.
