Bellevue University

In compliance with Section 103 of the Veterans Benefits and Transition Act of 2018, Bellevue University will not impose a late fee, deny access to facilities or services, or assess any other penalty against a veteran or eligible dependent who complies with the COE/Award Letter requirement due to a late payment of tuition and/or fees from VA, so long as the payment is received by Bellevue University within 90 days after the date on which the University certifies or invoices for tuition and fees. This restriction does not apply in cases where the student owes additional payment to Bellevue University beyond the amount of the tuition and fee payment from the VA
